Cancelling

Cancel any time on your account page (Plan & credits › Cancel plan), in PayPal, or with the link in the email we send 3 days before each renewal (no sign-in needed). No more payments are taken, and your plan runs until the end of the month you paid for. Deleting your Robuild account cancels your subscription too.

Switching plans

Upgrading starts the bigger plan right away at its full monthly price and cancels the old one, so you never pay for both. What was left of the old month comes back as bonus credits that never expire (never more than the plan credits you hadn't used). To move to a smaller plan, cancel, then pick it when your month ends.

Refunds

Ask from your account page (Plan & credits › Refunds) for payments made in the last 30 days. A person from our team checks every request, usually within 3 business days, and we email you the decision.

• What you get back: the unused part of the payment, minus PayPal's fee on it (PayPal doesn't return it to us) and a $1 handling fee.
• Credit packs: the unused part is the pack's credits you haven't spent. Refunded credits are removed.
• Plans: only the latest payment, and the unused part is the smaller of the days left in that month and the month's credits you haven't used. A refunded plan ends right away and won't renew.
• Charged twice or by mistake: always refunded in full.

Refunds go back to your PayPal. If something went wrong, please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute; we'll fix it faster.
