Privacy Policy

What we keep

• Your account: email, name, picture, sign-in method, password hash (never the password), 2FA status, and signed-in devices.
• API keys: only their hash and last 4 characters.
• Usage: how many credits you used and when (not what you built).
• Synced chats: only chats you keep synced (Settings › Privacy › Sync new chats, on by default; any chat can stay on your PC only). Nobody at Robuild reads them; staff tools can't show them.
• Support tickets: what you write to us and our replies.
• Payments: your PayPal subscription id, plan and status. PayPal handles the payment; we never see your card or bank details.
• Help improve Robuild (off unless you turn it on): scrubbed tool results without keys, tokens or emails. You can delete what you shared from your account page. It's never used to train AI models.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data or show ads. Your prompts go to the AI service you connect (your own plan), not through us, except in the website chat, which talks to the AI from your browser.

Who helps us run Robuild

Cloudflare (hosting and database), PayPal (payments), Google (if you sign in with Google), Gmail (our emails), and Cloudflare Workers AI (support follow-ups on unanswered tickets).

Staff access

Support staff see masked emails, account status and credits, never passwords or chats. Sensitive staff actions need their own 2FA, are logged, and are emailed to you.

Your choices

You can download your data (JSON) or delete your account from your account page. Deleting is permanent everywhere; we don't keep backups we could restore it from.
